LG has officialy announced its new Optimus Mobile Phones- LG Optimus 2X, Optimus Black, and Optimus 3D.LG has announced three new Android 2.2 smartphones.The Optimus Black has two built-in cameras, including a 2-Megapixel camera on the front for video calls, easily putting competitors' 1.3-Megapixel alternatives to shame.
LG Optimus 2XLG optimus 2X is powered by a dual-core 1 GHz ARM processor and GeForce GPU with ULP technology. It is equipped with 4-inch Capacitive Touchscreen with 480 x 800 resolution and 8 Megapixel camera with LED Flash and autofocus, plus secondary camera for video calls. It is based on Android 2.2 Froyo Operating System, upgradable to Android 2.2 Gingerbread OS. Othere features includes Accelerometer, Gyro Sensor and Proximity Sensor. It feaures Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, DLNA, 3G, A-GPS, and Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, HDMI connectivity options. It has inbuilt 8GB memory and memory expandable upto 32GB.
The LG Optimus 2X offers 1080p HD video playback and recording with HDMI mirroring that expands content on external displays to Full HD quality. The LG Optimus 2X can connect wirelessly to any DLNA-compatible digital device such as HD TVs for a console-like gaming experience, taking full advantage of the phone?s HDMI mirroring, accelerometer and gyro sensor.
LG Optimus BlackLG Optimus Black is powered by a single core 1 GHz TI OMAP processor and Android 2.2 Froyo OS, upgradable to Gingerbread Android 2.2 Gingerbread OS. Running on Optimus UI 2.0, the Optimus Black is equipped with 4-inch Nova technology Capacitive Touchscreen with 480 x 800 pixels resolution and 5 megapixel camera with LED flash and autofocus (main camera) and 2 megapixel secondary camera (on front) for video calls. Other features includes an Acceleromete, a Proximity Sensor, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, 3G, A-GPS, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP and 3.5 mm audio jack. It boasts 512 MB Ram and supports expandable memory upto 32 GB.LG Optimus Black features a 4-inch NOVA display for optimal brightness and readability under any lighting conditions. The crystal-clear display also provides a more natural web browsing experience by displaying truer
whites while simultaneously cutting energy consumption by 50 percent compared to conventional LCDs. In addition, the LG Optimus Black includes a collection of smart features designed to improve the user experience, such as Gesture UI, Wi-Fi Direct and a 2MP front-facing camera.
LG Optimus 3DLG Optimus 3D is powered by a Dual-core 1 GHz ARM Cortex-A9 processor and GeForce GPU. It is equipped with 4.3-inch 3D LCD Capacitive Touchscreen with 480 x 800 pixel resolution, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, DLNA, A-GPS, 3G, Bluetooth 3.0 with A2DP, and EDR. It also has Dual cameras- 8 Megapixel camera with autofocus (Main camera0 and front camera for video calls and also boasts HDMI port, DLNA and 3.5mm audio jack. It supports expandable memory upto 32GB.
LG Optimus 3D also comes with multiple connectivity options including HDMI (High Definition Multimedia Interface) and DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance), which will allow you to easily transfer the recorded content to other devices. LG Optimus 3D runs on the Android operating system, but we are still not sure regarding the version of the Android OS.
