TI’s Prototype USB Pico Projector Unveiled At MWC

At MWC this week TI have been showcasing their new prototype USB Pico Projector, which has been designed to simply work via a USB rather than try as many do to accomodate to many input types.
The use of just a USB connection mean only one USB driver is required to send both the images and receive the power to the device. making it extremely easy for it to be setup and start viewing a presentation or movie without any fuss.

The Ti Prototype USB Pico Projector has alos been designed to be as light as possible and would fit in a pocket with ease. Its integral bulb produces 20 lumens, 640 x 360 resolution, a contrast ratio greater than 1,000:1, a true RGB LED wide color gamut and reliance on a low-power Pico DPP2601 / 2607 ASIC / processor.
Unfortunately no information on pricing or worldwide availability has been released as yet, but as soon as it becomes available we will let you know.
